Una sopa estupenda. Es posible que tengas que ajustar la cantidad de líquido (caldo) en función de lo almidonadas o cerosas que sean tus patatas. Yo añadí más sal y pimienta. Pero es una buena receta, con un buen equilibrio de puerros y patatas.

Es una sopa maravillosamente cremosa y ligera. A mi familia le encantó. Me encantó la textura y la sencillez. Serví el plato con la ensalada de solomillo de cerdo, arándanos y peras de su número 4/2010. Gran combinación.
